WEHO corrects material errors transparently while preserving an auditable publication history.
Required practice
Readers may report a suspected error through the contact channel with the page, statement and supporting source. Editors assess the evidence; a person other than the original editor reviews material corrections.
Accountability
Minor typography may be fixed without changing meaning. Material corrections create a new reviewed version and describe what changed. Retractions or safety notices remain visible when necessary to prevent continued reliance.
