Required practice
Drafts must separate current facts, proposals and aspirations. Material claims require traceable sources. The reviewer checks accuracy, clarity, translation consistency, non-affiliation language and disclosure before publication.
Accountability
Every published version is immutable. Significant changes return to draft and repeat review; urgent safety corrections are documented as soon as practical.
